All prices shown on this website are in Canadian funds, F.O.B. Mississauga, Ontario.  GST and PST are extra where applicable.  For all tax exempt purchases, purchase orders with exemption certificates are required.

Prices are in effect at date of publication and are subject to change without notice.  While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices, specifications and photographs on this website, Maple Leaf Drives Ltd. will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.

Standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.  Customers who do not have an account may use Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Debit Card or have their order shipped C.O.D.  To open an account, call Maple Leaf Drives Ltd. for an account application.

SHIPPING

Maple Leaf Drives Ltd. endeavors to ship all stock products the same day as the order is received.  Goods are shipped overnight via transport or parcel carrier.  Non-stock items are generally shipped within five days depending on factory availability.

RETURN POLICY

Damaged or incorrect goods in original packaging may be returned prepaid to Maple Leaf Drives Ltd. by first calling for an "RGA" (Return Goods Authorization).  Returned products may be subject to a restocking charge.

WARRANTY POLICY

Most products on this website are guaranteed for one year or more.  For specific warranties, contact Maple Leaf Drives Ltd.  Maple Leaf Drives Ltd. also maintains a substantial inventory of spare parts for most products in this catalogue.

SELLER LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITIES

Seller makes no warranties respecting the suitability of or fitness of these motors for any particular purpose or use.  Buyer shall not in any event be entitled to, and seller shall not be liable for loss of profit indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature.  Buyer recovery from seller for any claim shall not exceed buyer purchase price for the product, irrespective of the claim whether in contract warranty or otherwise.  No liability will be accepted for field service, removal, inspection, freight or travel charges unless previously authorized in writing by MAPLE LEAF DRIVES LTD.
